Light Twin Cowl Plugs

Our padded light twin engine aircraft cowl plugs (also known as cowl bungs) are built tough for New Zealand conditions using marine-grade vinyl and sewn with high-strength bonded polyester thread. UV-resistant polypropylene webbing ensures durability in harsh sunlight.

Each plug includes a rear zip so the internal foam can be easily removed and dried if needed.

Twin Engine aircraft plugs are supplied with streamers to prevent accidental engine start-up with plugs installed. Strong cord is tied between plugs to loop over propellor so if engine accidentally started plugs will be thrown out. 

All plugs are made to suit individual aircraft—some models may also require separate air intake and/or rear plugs, which are available on request.
